Instructions

Sit on a chair or the floor.

If sitting on the floor, place a foam roll or rolled-up towel under your lower leg to ease ankle movements.

Draw the alphabet with your toes, with slow and nice movements to get the small muscles in your ankle moving. Trace the alphabet 1 to 3 times.

04

Repeat the same with your other ankle.
