16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York County, New York.
17. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Sports and Pain Institute of New York regarding use of the Site.
