Instructions

Sit with your affected leg stretched straight in front of you on the floor or bed.

Bend your other leg at your knee, and place that foot flat on the floor.

Keeping your affected leg straight, gently move your foot down so your toes point away from your body.

Hold for a count of 6 and relax.

Aim for at least 8 to 12 reps.
