Hip Abduction

Instructions

Sit on the floor with your involved knee against a wall.

Bend your affected leg at your knee joint while keeping the good leg straight.

Put a pillow between the outer side of your knee and the wall.

For support, you may place your hands lightly on the floor behind your hips.

Squeeze the pillow against the wall by pushing on it with the outside of your knee.

06

Hold for a count of 6 seconds, then release for up to 10 seconds.

07

Do at least 2 sets of 10.
