
Take your good hand and use it to grasp the elbow of your affected arm.
Then, using your good hand, gently draw your affected elbow up across your body to rest that hand on the opposite shoulder. You will feel a good stretch along the back of your affected shoulder.
Hold for at least 15 to 30 seconds.
Slowly return to the starting position.
Pause and repeat at least 5 to 8 times.
