Straight-Arm Shoulder Blade Squeeze

Instructions

Stand or sit up tall with your arms on your sides.

Relax your shoulders.

Take a resistance band and hold each end of the band straight in front of you with your palms facing down.

Holding your arms straight and at shoulder height, pull the band straight out to the sides until your shoulder blades contract.

Hold for a count of 6 seconds.

Slowly return to the original position and relax.

Aim for at least 4 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions.
