Stand with your face towards the wall.
Raise your injured arm such that the fingers simply come to touch the wall.
Without shrugging your shoulder up toward your ear, climb your fingers up the wall, only as much as you can tolerate without any pain.
Stay in that position for 15 to 30 seconds.
Then slowly descend your fingers back to the starting position.
Repeat two to four times, while gradually trying to aim for a higher point each time.
