Wall Climbing to the Side

Instructions

Stand with your side facing a wall.

Raise the arm on that side. Touch the wall with your fingertips such that your arm comes to an angle of about 30 degrees to the front of your side. Do not bring your arm straight to your side.

Without shrugging your shoulder up toward your ear, climb your fingers up the wall, only as far as you can tolerate without any pain.

Hold the position for 15 to 20 seconds.

Then slowly descend your fingers back.

Do at least two to four reps, while gradually trying to aim for a higher point each time.
