Instructions

Bend your palm toward the ground with your fingers pointing down. Hold this wrist flexion for a count of 6 seconds.

Then move your wrist upwards while closing it into a fist until you feel a gentle stretch. Hold this wrist extension for a count of 6 seconds.

Return to the starting position and repeat at least 8 to 12 times.
