Instructions

Stretch your affected hand toward the ceiling with the palms facing in front of you.

Gently swing your hand to one side as far as possible. Hold it for a count of 6 seconds.

Then swing to the other side as far as you can. Hold it there for a few seconds.

Return to the starting position.

Repeat 8 to 12 times.
