Instructions

Lie on your back with your knees bent and soles of your feet on the floor.

Engage your abs and imagine your navel drawing in toward your spine as you continue to breathe.

As you exhale, gently rock your hips and pelvis toward your head (and not toward your feet). Doing this will make you feel like your lower back is pressing into the floor.

Hold for a count of 6 seconds as you continue to breathe in a flow.

05

Relax and repeat 8 to 12 times.
