Sit in a chair or stand upright.

Gently turn your head to your right, looking over your right shoulder.

Hold for 15 to 30 seconds, and gently bring your head back to the center.

Then, gently rotate your head to your left, looking over your left shoulder.

Hold for 15 to 30 seconds, and gently bring your head back to the center.

Aim for at least 2 sets of 4 on each side.
