Sit or stand upright.

Take a deep breath.

Bend your head forward. You can augment the stretch by bending your head with the help of your hand placed on the back of your head. Then, very gently drop your chin down. You will feel a gentle stretch in the back of your neck. Do not push hard with your hand on the back of your hand.

Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds.

Return to the starting position with your head held erect in the center.

Aim for at least 5-6 reps.
