Instructions

Stand or sit straight.

Take your right hand and put the first two fingers on your right temple.

Then, turn your head to the side where you've placed your fingers while at the same time using gentle pressure from your fingers to prevent your head from doing so.

Hold for a count of 6 seconds.

Switch hands and repeat the same steps on the other side.

Aim for at least 8 to 12 reps on each side.
